Are you turning the summer corner into a fall stretch? I hope you had an excellent summer but too soon now, it is time to focus on different things, school and cooler weather.
I sometimes dreaded the coming of the wet fall season and winter months because it often meant colds and flus, increased fatigue, and quarantining my children so they wouldn't "catch" whatever was in the air or in a handshake. Then, if they did, the nagging coughs would last through the night made worse with stuffy noses and head aches...more sleeplessness to add to stress levels...
Of course, I'm sure we have all tried different treatments...the aspirins, the zinc lozenges, the menthol rubs, the Vitamin C and B12 pills, the over the counter cough medicines.
