WHY BUILD A STRONGER IMMUNE SYSTEM

Take a quick look at your natural immune system. This is a complex system of organs with highly specialized cells and an entire circulatory system which carries lymph fluid throughout the length of your body to protect it from infection and other irregularities. The chemical interactions are too complex to discuss here but let's make a couple basic symbols. Draw an irregular circle with a few spikes sticking out of it. This is a B-cell that produces anti-bodies that attach to foreign matter and tag it for destruction. Draw a blob-like shape beside it. This is a T-cell (like the T-rex) that scavenges for and destroys infected or foreign matter.

Note that your cells also deal with an increasingly toxic world. There are harmful chemicals in the soil, water and air as well as preservatives and chemicals in processed food. In the last 50 years, more than 75000 chemicals have been introduced into our environment.

Understand that 60 to 80% of the lymphatic system is located in your small intestine in order to signal and respond to substances or organisms that could threaten your health. It can be said that both life and death begin in the colon and its assimilation of proper or improper nutrients.

More scientists note that the state of the immune system in the development of diseases is more important than exposure to toxins, viruses or bacteria. "Bad" cells can only take root when some factor, genetic or environment, has suppressed the function of the immune system to police the cells There is a shift in the medical paradigm to a "multi-targeted" therapy aimed at stimulating the body's own immune system rather than "monotherapy" using one substance to treat a single symptom. It's no longer reasonable to assume that a single substance, pill or drug can aid all the body's interdependent systems.
Whole foods work synergistically with 1000's of nutrients. If you feel that you're not eating a diet of recommended fruits aand vegetables, then consider a whole food natural supplement to boost your immune system naturally.
